An operation is one coordinated record of a multi-party transaction.

How is the Arena Fee calculated?

Arena charges a small platform fee only when an operation completes.

Who pays the Arena Fee?

The buyer never pays Arena's fee. It is deducted from what the seller and intermediary receive.

How do I invite another participant?

Open the operation and send a secure, revocable link by email or share it directly.

Can I cancel or revoke an invitation?

Yes. You can revoke any secure link at any time, and links can also expire automatically.

Where do I upload a document?

Documents live inside their operation. Open it and use the Documents section.

Why can't the buyer see this?

Each operation has visibility rules that decide who sees what. Change them anytime.

How does confidentiality work in Arena?

Private by default. You answer plain questions and Arena enforces the rules for everyone.

How do I create an invoice?

Create an invoice directly from the operation — amounts are prefilled for you.

How do I share, download or void an invoice?

Open the invoice to download the PDF, copy a secure share link, or void it.

How are payments confirmed?

A payment is marked paid only when a real event confirms it — never automatically by date.

What happens with refunds and cancellations?

Refunds and cancellations are tracked as real events and always leave a complete record.

What is a dispute?

A structured way for a party to object to proposed terms without changing them unilaterally.

Can I sign in without a password?

Yes. Arena can sign you in with a one-time code or a secure magic link sent to your email.

Do participants need an Arena account?

No. Participants take part through a secure link; identity is resolved only when required.

Which languages and currencies are supported?

Arena works in multiple languages, and invoices can be issued independently of your app language.
