What a horse sale looks like in Arena
You create the operation, add the participants and their roles, and define the economic terms. Each party is invited to accept the terms that concern them. When terms are accepted — and the optional veterinary review is cleared — Arena issues official payment instructions to the buyer. Once funds are received and delivery is confirmed, the agreed amounts are distributed to the seller and any other beneficiaries. Every relevant action is recorded in a shared activity log.
Reservation and final payments
Many sales use a reservation payment to hold the horse and a final payment on delivery. Arena supports staged amounts so the buyer always knows exactly what to pay, when, and against which reference — without informal bank details circulating over chat or email.
Optional veterinary review
A pre-purchase veterinary review can be required or optional. When it is part of the operation, Arena keeps payment instructions blocked until the review is cleared, and records the outcome. Arena coordinates the review; it does not provide veterinary advice or guarantee the horse's condition.
Role-based visibility
