Why can't the buyer see this?

Arena keeps sensitive information private by design. In the Confidentiality section you answer plain questions like "Does the buyer know the commission?" and Arena applies the right access rules automatically. If someone can't see a value, it's because the current rules hide it — and you can change them at any time.
