Arena handles serious money and sensitive relationships. This policy sets clear boundaries so every participant can act with confidence.

• Unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive or sanctioned transactions.
• Money laundering, terrorist financing, or evading identity/KYC controls.
• Impersonating another person or misrepresenting your authority to act.
• Uploading malware, or attempting to breach security or confidentiality controls.
• Accessing data or operations you are not a party to.
• Using Arena to harass, threaten or defraud other participants.
• Scraping, reverse-engineering, or overloading the platform.

Arena enforces role-based visibility. You must not attempt to reveal, infer or share information about parties or figures you are not entitled to see, including through links intended for other participants.

We may warn, suspend, restrict, or permanently remove access where this policy is breached, and may notify authorities where required. We act proportionately, but protecting the integrity of high-value operations comes first.
