Disputes

What is a dispute?

A structured way for a party to object to proposed terms without changing them unilaterally.

Updated · 2026-06-24

When economic terms are proposed, each affected party can either confirm them or raise a dispute with a clear, structured reason. A dispute does not let anyone change the figures on their own — instead it pauses the operation so the terms can be revised and re-proposed. An operation cannot close while a proposal is pending or a dispute is open. Arena provides the coordination and the record; it does not decide who is right in the underlying commercial disagreement.
