What happens with refunds and cancellations?
Refunds and cancellations are tracked as real events and always leave a complete record.
Updated · 2026-06-24
If a deposit is refundable and the operation does not go ahead, the deposit can be refunded; its status moves to "refunded" when the refund actually happens. Cancelling an operation stops its progress but never erases the history — the record stays intact for accountability. Because everything is event-driven, the trail always shows what was paid, refunded or cancelled and when.
