Who receives the money? (Distribution)

Distribution decides how the proceeds are split — separately from when they are paid.

Updated · 2026-06-24

Payment timing and money distribution are two separate things. The payment schedule says when money moves; the distribution says who receives it and how much. When there is a single beneficiary, they receive 100% automatically. When several parties share the proceeds (for example a seller and a broker, or co-owners), you define each share by percentage or fixed amount, and Arena keeps the split balanced. The buyer never pays Arena's fee — the beneficiaries absorb it proportionally, and every party sees only their own share.
