From an operation you can request a professional verification — the first supported type is a veterinary review. Arena sends the professional a secure, single-purpose link. They complete a structured form and submit their outcome (for example: fit, fit with observations, or not fit). Arena records the professional's judgment exactly as given — it never reinterprets it — and can use it as a condition before the operation moves forward. The result and its history stay in the operation's timeline.
