Participant roles explained
Buyer, seller, intermediary and more — what each role can do and see.

Every participant has a role, and the role shapes what they can see and do.
Seller — the party selling; receives the agreed proceeds.
Buyer — the party buying; pays the agreed price and never pays Arena's fee.
Intermediary (broker/agent) — coordinates the deal and may earn a commission or margin. In a back-to-back operation, the intermediary is the only party who can see both sides.
Other professionals (e.g. a vet) — take part only for a specific task, such as a verification.
Visibility always follows the confidentiality rules you set for the operation.
